Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel/change the dates and receive a refund by informing us prior 2 weeks from the booking date.

• Any cancellation/date changes within the 2 weeks prior to the booking date, will not be entitled for any refund.

Things to Note

1. Check in: 14:00 noon; check out: 10:30 morning.

2. Cash payment only upon arrival.

3. Reception time is from 8:00 am till 9:00 pm.

4. Be considerate of other guests who rests & avoid making noise in the room or in the house after 11:00pm.

5. Keep areas clean.

6. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am till 9:30am.

7. Open fire (BBQ, HotPots,.) and smoking are not allowed inside the house, rooms or toilets. Do it only outdoor!

8. Visits or business meetings can be held in common areas of the house not in the rooms.
